At Luxe Haus, we’re committed to providing every guest with a seamless, enjoyable, and luxurious experience. Our Terms and Conditions are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and the protection of both our guests and our property. By outlining expectations around bookings, payments, cancellations, and guest conduct, we aim to create an environment where everyone can relax and enjoy their stay with complete peace of mind.

We encourage all guests to read the following details carefully before confirming their reservation.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Booking Confirmation

Once your booking form has been submitted, our team will contact you with details about your stay. You’ll also receive a copy of our Guest Policies and a Guest Information Form, which must be completed and returned no later than seven (7) days before your stay.

Failure to return this form may result in the cancellation of your booking.

By confirming your reservation, you agree to comply with all Luxe Haus policies.

Neighbour and Noise Policy

We ask that all guests respect our neighbours and maintain a peaceful environment.

The spa must not be used after 10:00 PM in accordance with our friendly neighbour policy.

Payment Terms

Full payment for accommodation is required at the time of booking via credit card or PayPal.

No dates will be reserved until payment has been received in full.

Cancellations and Refunds

Please note that Luxe Haus operates under a strict no-refund policy.

We recommend confirming your travel arrangements before making a booking.

Cleaning Fee and Security Deposit

A cleaning fee of $500 applies to all stays.
A security deposit of $1,000 will also be held until your departure. This deposit is refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property.
Guests must provide photo identification and credit card details prior to check-in.
If damages exceed the $1,000 deposit, additional charges will apply.

Please note that parties and events are not permitted at Luxe Haus.

Pets

We understand that pets are part of the family. House-trained dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

To maintain the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted in bedrooms or on furniture.

Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. Failure to do so may result in a partial deduction from your bond.
